📢 We’re Hiring: Sales and Marketing Officer

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth? Latola Financial Services Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to join our growing team.

🌟 About the Role

As our Sales and Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting our business registration, compliance, and advisory services, and ensuring that our brand continues to stand out in Zambia’s corporate space.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Promote Latola’s services to individuals, SMEs, and corporations
• Generate and follow up on new leads through digital and field marketing
• Develop marketing campaigns across platforms (online, print, social media)
• Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
• Work closely with the operations team to align client needs with services
• Monitor industry trends and recommend new business strategies
• Represent the company at business expos, conferences, and meetings

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Form 5 or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in sales or marketing (preferably in a service-based industry) will be added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Digital marketing experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
• Access to internet connection and a smart phone or computer
