Refund Policy

At Latola Financial Services Limited, we are committed to providing excellent business consultancy, registration, and compliance services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
Service-Based Refund Policy
Because our services are professional and consultancy-based (not physical products), we do not offer returns as defined for goods. Instead, we assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis, based on the stage and type of service rendered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- You formally cancel the service within 24 hours of payment and before any work has begun.
- Latola fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal error or omission.
- If unavoidable circumstances (on our part) prevent service completion, and no third-party submission has been made.
Please note: All third-party costs and statutory fees (e.g., PACRA, ZRA, NAPSA) are non-refundable once paid and submitted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The service has already commenced or been partially delivered.
- Delay or rejection occurs due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
- The request involves services dependent on third-party bodies, such as regulatory approvals or licensing.
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since service delivery without a formal complaint.
Processing of Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned through your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation upon completion.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or mobile money account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take time to process.
- Still no refund? Contact us at {your email address} for assistance.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued where:
- Only part of the service was rendered before cancellation.
- Administrative or consultation work had begun but filings were not submitted.
